Rural: $11.99 (because those scenic backroads take a little longer to reach!)
Non-Rural: Ships in 2-3 days
Rural: Up to 5 days (we blame the sheep traffic)

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe the size is off, or maybe your new gear just doesn’t vibe with your ride. No worries! Here’s how we handle returns, Cyril-style:
Got second thoughts? You’ve got 30 days to return your item.
It must be unused, in its original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.
No battle scars, no “I wore it once” excuses—we need it in top shape!
Log in to your account and use our automated return system.
If accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days—quick as a downhill sprint!
Hit a snag? Received the wrong order? Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it faster than Cyril can bomb a hill.
Some items can’t be returned:
Gift cards (use ‘em, don’t lose ‘em!)
Custom products (once it’s made just for you, it’s yours!)
