Refund policy

Sometimes, things don’t work out - maybe the fit’s off, maybe you ordered in a late-night, half-asleep shopping spree, or maybe your significant other raised an eyebrow when they saw the credit card statement. Whatever the reason, we’ve got your back with our 30-day return policy.

The Basics

  • You’ve got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • The item needs to be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you got it.

  • Proof of purchase is required - because, hey, Cyril just isn't as trusting as he used to be.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Click the profile icon at the top right of our website (or hit up “My Account” in the footer).

  2. Log in to your account:

    • Enter your email and click Continue.

    • Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code.

    • Enter the code to log in.

  3. Click Request Return on the order you want to send back.

  4. If you’re returning multiple items, select the ones that need to go.

  5. Pick a return reason, drop a note (optional, but hey, tell us why if you want!), and click Request Return.

🚨 Heads Up: Don’t send items back without requesting a return first - those will get rejected faster than a dodgy gear shift.

Damages & Issues

Something arrived looking like it survived a crash test? If your order is damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know immediately so we can make it right. Send us an email, and we’ll sort it quicker than you can say “where’s my spanner?”

 

What You Can’t Return

Not everything can make a U-turn back to us. These items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (not that we sell bananas, but you get the point)

  • Custom products (if it’s made just for you, it stays with you)

  • Final clearance items (a deal’s a deal!)

  • Gift cards (use ‘em or share ‘em!)

Exchanges: The Quickest Way to Swap

Want a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for what you want. That way, you’re not waiting around twiddling your thumbs.

 

Refunds: When Will You Get Your Money Back?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, you’ll get your refund automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days only for faulty items.

Note; freight is not refunded for change of mind, incorrect size etc. Only warranty returns are eligible for freight refund. 

Any change of mind returns, if accepted will be for store credit, on Biker's Republic.
