INSTRUCTIONS
- At least 4 hours before your ride, lay Cooling Packs flat in the freezer.
- Before beginning your ride, place Cooling Packs in the vest pockets: 3 smaller ones in the lower back and underarm pockets, and 1 larger one in the upper back pocket.
- Swap out Cooling Packs during your ride if desired (additional Cooling Packs sold separately).
