We get it - sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe the size is off, or maybe your new gear just doesn’t vibe with your ride. No worries! Here’s how we handle returns, Cyril-style:
Our 30-Day Return Deal

Got second thoughts? You’ve got 30 days to return your item.

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.

No battle scars, no “I wore it once” excuses - we need it in top shape!
How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and use our automated return system.

If accepted, we’ll send you information on how to return.

Once we receive and approve your return, store credits are processed within 2 business days - quick as a downhill sprint!
Wrong Item? Damaged Gear? We’ve Got You!

Hit a snag? Received the wrong order? Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it faster than Cyril can bomb a hill. Damaged / Faulty gear is eligabile for refunds.
The No-Go List
Some items can’t be returned:
