Description
The Barkeeper Valve kit is a game changer for tubeless systems. With an easy installation process, these valves are designed for 100% compatibility with all wheel brands and types. Each valve is CNC-machined for precision from robust 7075 series aluminium, featuring an innovative design that promotes optimal airflow. They're temperature, UV, and ozone resistant too—because who wants issues in the great outdoors?
In this kit you’ll find:
- 2 complete tubeless valves (including black valve cores, ultralight valve caps, rubber bases, o-rings, and lockrings)
- 2 sets of alternative rubber bases for maximum compatibility
- 2 additional spare black valve cores
- 1 purple ultralight valve cap with an integrated valve core tool
Installation
- Remove the valve cap, lockring, and o-ring from the valve stem.
- Select the correct rubber base according to your rim shape. Use circular bases for curved rims and square ones for flat rims.
- Push the valve through the rim’s valve hole and place the o-ring over the tip before sliding it down to the rim.
- Thread the lockring onto the valve, tightening it against the o-ring and the rim.
- Using a 4mm Allen key, hold the valve while tightening the lockring until hand-tight—it's fine if the o-ring squeezes out slightly for a good seal.
- For a stylish touch, choose between two black caps or the cool purple one with the core removal feature.
