Ready to go the distance? This nifty adapter kit is your ticket to doubling up on battery power! Designed specifically for the Spicy Curry V4 (and those sailboats pretending to be bikes), this kit lets you swap in a secondary Bosch battery (sold separately) for an extra kick of range—think of it as a double espresso shot for your ride!
Installing the secondary battery is easy-peasy, mounting right next to the bottom bracket. This smart placement maintains stability and handling by keeping the centre of gravity low, so you can tackle hills and long rides with the grace of a gazelle (or, at least, a well-balanced skeleton—and trust me, I’ve seen a few!).
Just be sure to consult your friendly Yuba dealer and follow the official Yuba Tech Notice during your installation. The second Bosch battery, which is necessary to complete the setup, is sold separately. Check out the details below!

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.
No battle scars, no “I wore it once” excuses - we need it in top shape!

If accepted, we’ll send you information on how to return.
Once we receive and approve your return, store credits are processed within 2 business days - quick as a downhill sprint!
Hit a snag? Received the wrong order? Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it faster than Cyril can bomb a hill. Damaged / Faulty gear is eligabile for refunds.
